As we enter the heat of peak moving season you should know Google and ChatGPT are reading your reviews and using them to determine if you’re the best moving company to recommend to users asking questions.

HOW YOU CAN CONTROL THE CONVERSATION: When you reply to positive reviews make sure you mention the service you provided in your reply. Oftentimes users will say what you did for them generally but not get into the specifics. However, those specifics are where you can add keywords that actually drive recommendations for your moving company.

Instead of just saying “Thank you for your review” try “We really appreciated you inviting us into your home in Seattle to help you move your three bedroom home to Spokane. If you’re ever in the market for a long-distance move again we would love to serve you.”
