I make a lot of phone calls to movers just like you, and one of the most frustrating aspects of the call is listening to a long list of names and departments. I’m just wondering if the savings of NOT having a human answering your phone isn’t negating all of the money you are spending on promoting your business. “Please call us for a move and listen to our recording.”

Ask yourself:

  • Do you prefer to listen to a recording?
  • Do you think a recorded answer makes your business sound big… or small?
  • Do you think a recorded answer makes it sound like your moving company is customer-focused?
