The Challenge
A successful regional moving company approached us in the early 2020s to see if we could help them generate more moving leads.
Ownership wanted to expand its reach in a growing region. Already a dominant player in Napa County, the company sought to expand its business into neighboring Sonoma and Solano counties.
Our Approach
We focused on a new, responsive website built from the ground up to meet Google’s search optimization and accessibility standards. The site scores a 91 on accessibility and 92 on SEO
- Next, we created 30+ service pages built to meet Google’s Quality Rater Guidelines and added area-served pages to surface the areas the business wanted to reach.
- Our professional writers began a program of adding regular fresh content, blogs generally, which increases our clients’ authority and appeal to search engines and LLMs. Each new blog and service page is measured against Google’s EEAT framework (Experience, Expertise, Authority and Trustworthiness).
- We optimized Google Business profiles, Yelp and other key channels to build credibility. We also list the business in dozens of online directories and constantly monitor the Web for new opportunities.
- We add social media posts at a rate of two a week, touchpoints that lead back to the site and generate more leads.
