As you can see, this highlights a lot of information and even compares that with how your site was performing in the previous year. From total traffic to the source of your traffic and much more, you’ll have all of the key data points you need to understand how your site is performing.

Request Reviews

We have found that Google Reviews are incredibly important to the success of a website, especially B2C websites such as moving companies.

That’s why we invented a way to get true Google Reviews fast. This is an incredibly useful part of the Employee Dashboard. You’ll be able to directly send review requests straight to past customers. This includes a link that will send these past customers directly to the Google Review form. They just have to put in their star rating and type out a review.

There are two ways to do this. One method is sending review requests by email. When you choose to send by email, you will see this page:

As you can see, there are a few forms to fill out. You will also be able to see a preview of the message that the past customer will be receiving.

Another method is sending over text:

We find this to be the most effective method. If you have a phone number for a past client we suggest sending 2-3 texts to them.

LiveChat

Included in the Employee Dashboard is an external link that takes you to the LiveChat dashboard.

LiveChat is a software that we recommend to moving companies who are looking to open up a direct channel to talk with potential customers and provide support for potential customers who are visiting the site.
